Create promotional offers for your tickets

Overview

Coupon codes allow you to offer discounts on ticket purchases. You can create percentage or fixed amount discounts with various restrictions and validity periods.

Creating a Coupon

Navigate to Ticketing → Coupons
Click "Create Coupon"
Enter coupon details:
- Code: The code customers will enter (e.g., SAVE20)
- Description: Internal note about the coupon
- Discount Type: Percentage or fixed amount
- Discount Value: The discount amount
Configure restrictions (optional)
Click Save

Discount Types

Percentage Discount

Reduces the order total by a percentage. Example: 20% off all tickets.

Fixed Amount

Subtracts a fixed amount from the order. Example: $10 off your purchase.

Coupon Restrictions

Maximum Uses

Limit the total number of times a coupon can be redeemed across all customers.

Minimum Purchase Amount

Require a minimum order value before the coupon can be applied.

Validity Period

Set start and end dates for when the coupon is active.

Specific Ticket Types

Restrict the coupon to apply only to certain ticket types.

Pro Tip

Use unique codes for different marketing channels to track which promotions perform best (e.g., TWITTER20, EMAIL15, PARTNER10).
